R&D Philosophy: “Technology that Imitates Nature”
In our R&D center, we study the natural defence mechanisms that plants have developed over millions of years and develop formulations that activate these mechanisms.
The “Rubber Plant Effect” we have developed as a result of our work on plant physiology – a technology that hardens plant tissue to create a mechanical shield – and which has been documented in the scientific literature, is the most tangible proof of our R&D strength.
As of 2025, with the Belgium-based investment and technology-transfer support we have received, we have upgraded our laboratory infrastructure to global standards. We now develop projects that provide solutions to agricultural challenges not only in Türkiye, but worldwide.
In the face of global threats such as changing climate conditions, emerging diseases and drought stress, we continuously keep our formulations up to date. For us, R&D is an ongoing, never-ending journey.
Our Production Technology: Excellence in Liquid Fertilizers
Our production facility is designed as a technological base that transforms our precisely developed formulations into the final product under a “Zero Defect” principle.
The effectiveness of DOZATEK products depends on the elements they contain (such as Copper and Zinc) being in a micronized form and chelated at the correct ratios. On our fully automated production lines, we produce solutions in which every single drop meets the same quality and standard.
Our vision of “Poison-Free Food” begins at the production stage. In our facility, we implement sustainable production models based on energy efficiency, zero waste generation, and minimizing our carbon footprint.
From raw material intake to delivery to the farmer’s warehouse, each of our products is fully traceable via its QR code and batch number. Behind every can that enters the field stands the quality assurance of Casablanca Tarım.
